Soil type: Eocene flysch, clay and marl

Grape harvest: Hand-picking, at the end of August
Winemaking: Wine-must must remain in contact with the skin f berries for a short period of time, then follows pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at the temperature 14–18°C. Wine remains in contact with fine lees for 4 months. Part of wine also experiences malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Colour: Brilliant, golden yellow colour with gentle shades of bright green.
Aroma: The aroma treasures typical tasting notes of golden delicious apples, peaches, melons, and tropical fruit.
Taste: Medium bodied wine with an intense varietal character. It reminds us of a melon, apple, tropical fruit, and gentle buttery tasting notes. A beautiful harmony of freshness, fullness, and pleasant acids.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: Sea bass with baked potatoes, prawns, shellfish, pasta, and risotto with sea fruit, poultry, grilled or baked vegetable.
