Location: Cape Debeli rtič, the town of Šantoma and Prade 
Grape harvest: Hand-picked in the middle of September
Winemaking: De-stemmed grapes are pressed after being coldly macerated for 12 hours. The process of fermentation in stainless steel vats follows at a temperature of 12 to 17°C. Due to preserving aromatics, the wine matures exclusively in stainless steel vats until bottling.
Colour: The wine is a shiny gold colour.
Aroma: The intensive and typical aromatics of this wine are lemon, grapefruit, candied orange peels, lychee, citrus flowers, and nutmeg.
Taste: Citrus fruits, apricot, and yellow plum can be found in the pleasantly light, and at the same time, fresh taste of this wine.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: Certainly a pleasant wine as an aperitif and for social events. It goes nicely with hedgehog mushroom with sea bass and pomegranate, salad with octopus, shrimps, and its aromatics are a good companion to Istrian Garganelli with truffles.
