The Capo d'Istria line combines our cellar's most prestigious wines aged in barrique barrels. All the wines have been made using tested methods. We have chosen the best grapes grown on selected grounds and aged the wine in new barrique barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The king of red wines from Koper with a full crimson colour; this wine - recognisable by its aroma of herbs and blackberries - is a natural-born winner. Ageing only adds to its noble character. It has a rich, corpulent structure that goes well with venison and hearty dishes. It is perfect for ageing.
