The wine's bouquet reflects the strong characteristics of the variety, reminding us of berries and sour cherries. The full aroma develops into blueberries showing the results of aging in wood barrels
Palate:
Rich in tannins that are never too harsh but rather contribute to its magnificent complexity. The wine boasts a particular body and a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste

5 - 7 years

It is excellent with read meat, game, aged cheese and fresh salami.
