Very distinctive and delicate at the same time. A mineral palate with a beautiful combination of freshness, elegance and structure developing into the pleasant bitterness of almonds
Aging capacity:
The wine boasts freshness and elegance up until four years
 
 
Serving suggestion:
Malvasia is best tasted with seafood starters, pasta with light sauces, fish and omelettes with asparagus.
