The aroma opens up with intensity, reminding of ripe raspberries, and continues to bring about flowery scents, rounded off with sensations of vanilla and smoke

Smooth and velvety, showing a good balance between acidity and elegant tannins, with organoleptic persistence and fresh hints of mint
Aging capacity:
3 - 5 years

It is excellent with game, read meat and matured cheese.
