The Capo d'Istria line combines our cellar's most prestigious wines aged in barrique barrels. All the wines have been made using tested methods. We have chosen the best grapes grown on selected grounds and aged the wine in new barrique barrels.

The wine's trump card is its dark red colour with crimson highlights. After ageing in barrique barrels, the strong acids give way to a pleasant and complex taste and to an aroma of sour-cherry marmalade. Its full taste will enrich a large number of meat dishes.
