In the Slovenian Istria, nestled among the vineyards of Shantoma and Purissima, handpicked Refošk grapes mature in Eocene flysch soil. This exceptional wine, with its intense ruby color and aroma of ripe fruit combined with subtle notes of wood and spices, delights with its rich flavor and long, pleasant finish.

- Harvest: Exclusively manual harvest in early October.
- Processing: Excellent ripe grapes were macerated for 12 days. After the end of the maceration, the wine was poured into large oak barrels, where biological deacidification also took place. It then matured in oak 225L barrique barrels for another two and a half years.
- Color: Intense ruby color with purple hues.
- Aroma: The aroma surprises us with an abundance of ripe fruit, reminiscent of ripe blackberries, cherries, mulberries and blueberries. This blends beautifully with notes of wood, undergrowth, graphite, dark chocolate and spices.
- Taste: The taste is rich and very wide. Pleasant soft and ripe acids keep this rich wine vibrant and ripe fruity. The beautiful structure of the tannins and the extract give the wine a long and beautiful aftertaste.
