- Variety: Malvasia, Chardonnay, Binot Blanc
- Colour: Light yellow colour with smooth green reflections. Lively sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads.
- Aroma: Fresh and fruity aroma that leads us into notes of citrus, green apple, pear and white flowers.
- Taste: Lively and fresh in taste, typical for the variety Malvazija. Chardonnay and Pinot blanc give to the wine a seductive and aromatic finish with gentle aftertaste.
- Food and wine pairing recommendation: A fantastic aperitif! It can be a sparkling wine for gathering and pleasure or enjoyed with light dishes; seafood, appetizers, pasta and rice with lighter sauces, poultry, fruits… Excellent for making the frozen dessert - sorbet.
