ROSÉ WINES. A MISCHIEVOUS WINE OF DELICATE COLOUR

A spontaneous, honest, modern wine made from the indigenous variety of Refosco and from Merlot and Maločrn varieties (in English: Slightly Black). We produce sparkling and still rosé, the latter made from red grapes, applying the white wine production method. This wine making technique does not entail the maceration of grapes, or when macerated, the maceration lasts for a very short time so that the typical colour is extracted.

Koper Rosé has an extremely fresh character, which gives the wine a pleasant drink. In the mouth we find many pleasant flavors of fresh strawberries, red fruits, especially raspberries, cherries and red currants.
