SPARKLING WINES. PLAYFUL WINE WITH A COLOUR OF FRESHNESS

A sociable, original, eloquent wine made from white or red grapes. We produce a wide range of sparkling wines branded Capris using the Charmat method, as well as sparkling wines made using the traditional process. This means that fermentation and maturation take place in a bottle, which can take several years, while with the Charmat process, our sparkling wines mature for three to six months in special high-pressure tanks. Both processes require the production of a base wine, for which grapes of the appropriate maturity and the gentlest form of processing are chosen.

Capris Muscat from the yellow Muscat variety is recognizable by its clear golden-yellow color and rich aroma and taste. In it we feel the sweet and refreshing aromas of apricot, citrus and melon, intertwined with the scent of jasmine, lychee and gooseberry.

The sparkling wine is fresh and fruity with very fine fine bubbles. The wine is lemon yellow in color with gentle shades of green. The Chardonnay variety with its freshness and fullness blends nicely with aromatic and playful Malvasia, which gives a discreet almond aftertaste.
