SIXTY is a type of typical varieties of Slovenian Istria. It is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with gentle touches of Merlot, Shiraz and Refoška.

- Colour: Dark ruby, reminiscent of ripe sour cherries, with soft brick-red glints
- Aroma: Very complex, reminiscent of forest fruit, tobacco, sour cherry and herbs, complemented by dark chocolate and truffle aromas in the background
- Taste: Very complex on the palate, it offers the perfect combination of the Cabernet Sauvignon's rich structure, Merlot's velvety texture, Shiraz's ripe fruitiness and Refosco's liveliness and juiciness.
