6. When participating in prize draws

When you take part in a prize draw or event organized by Vinakoper or co-organized with its partners, and you provide your personal data as part of your registration, Vinakoper processes your data either as an independent data controller or as a joint controller together with the event’s co-organizer or partners.

We process your personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw or event, notifying participants about the results, and awarding the prizes. If you have given separate consent upon registration, your data may also be used to provide information about similar projects or events until you withdraw your consent.

Data are stored until the conclusion of the individual prize draw or event, or for up to 10 years if you receive a prize (in accordance with legal requirements).

If you receive a prize whose value exceeds the amount specified by applicable tax legislation, Vinakoper may also process your data for the purpose of fulfilling tax obligations (e.g., calculating and reporting income tax prepayments) and may, in accordance with the law, forward the data to the competent tax authority.

On the basis of the contract, we process only the personal data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you have adhered. If you do not provide us with all the personal data we need to conclude and perform the contract, we cannot provide the contractual services.
