Vinakoper, d.o.o Koper (hereinafter referred to as "Vinakoper") respects your right to privacy and strives for the highest level of protection of your personal data. Therefore, when providing our services, we are committed to acting in accordance with the regulations defining the protection of personal data, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act in force from time to time. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be collected and how it will be used, what your rights are in relation to the data we hold about you and how to exercise them.

Vinakoper undertakes that the personal data you provide to us will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that we will not sell, lend or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties, except on an appropriate legal basis.

CONTRACT

  • allow the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten),
  • allow the right to restrict use,
  • allow the right to object to processing,
  • allow the right to data portability and provide the data to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format or directly to another controller,
  • provide for the right to withdraw consent where personal data are processed on the basis of consent, whereby the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal,
  • provide further information on his/her right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. 

Vinakoper will also provide the data subject with other information concerning his or her personal data processed by Vinakoper upon request, in accordance with applicable law.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Vinakoper reserves the right to adapt this Privacy Policy from time to time, as necessary, to the actual situation and legislation in the field of personal data protection. The applicable Privacy Policy will be posted on our website.
