Capris Sladki Refošk sparkling wine has a fruity taste with a lot of ripe berries and cherries, which blends wonderfully with gentle tannins into the harmonious, full and extractive wine specialty of Slovenian Istria.

- Soil type: flysch, marl, sandy marl soil
- Variety: Refošk
- Harvesting: Hand harvesting in September
- Fermentation and maturation: A short cold maceration of the must, together with the berry skins, was followed by fermentation at a low temperature under controlled conditions. In this way, we wanted to preserve as much of the varietal character and the characteristic color of Refoška as possible.
- Color: Intense dark ruby color, with shades of purple.
- Aroma: On the nose it offers notes of ripe berries and cherries.
- Taste: In the taste, the fruity sensations that we already feel in the smell are intertwined with the rest of the sugar and juicy acidity.
- Serving temperature: From 6 to 8 °C.
- Wine and food: Wine can replace dessert, but it can be enjoyed in the company of various sweet delicacies, such as chocolate cake with forest fruits, cherries or strawberries.
