Olive oil coming from Vinakopra is a blend of several different varieties of olives, among which Istrian Belica, leccino, pendolino, black and other varieties thrive in Slovenian Istria. The blend of varieties, led by Istrian Belica, which gives oil a typical balanced bitter and spicy taste, offers a nice harmony of aromas and flavors. The Belica caracteristics are beautifully intertwined with gentler sweetness and fruity flavours of green apple, freshly skinned grass, artichoke and almonds. The oil is green with golden yellow tones.
