Olive oil coming from Vinakopra is a blend of several different varieties of olives, among which Istrian Belica, leccino, pendolino, black and other varieties thrive in Slovenian Istria.

Dark chocolate and red wine complement each other. By reducing the excellent, local refošk wine in the chocolate cream, we filled the dark, 60% chocolate bars. The quality of the chocolate and wine is thus reflected in the taste of such a bar.
