A confident, passionate, incisive wine made from red grapes. Choose from indigenous Refosco Wine of Koper, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Cipro. About the production: the mashing process is followed by maceration (several days), where the grape juice is in contact with the skins of the grapes This results in a more pronounced extraction of colour, aromas and other substances from the grape berry into a priceless must.

The first organically produced Capris Eko Refošk wine. The typical intense ruby colour with purple tints can be observed in the Eko Refoško of the 2021 vintage. On the nose, we are impressed by dark berries, cherry, notes of black mulberry and dark chocolate. On the palate, there is a lot of initial freshness and fruitiness, which continues into a rich structure and a long aftertaste with a slight spiciness and a nice subtle wood note.
