Winemaking: Each variety is crafted separately. After short maceration and pressing, the must is left to ferment, partly in large oak barrels, and partly in acacia and oak barrique barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine remains on fine lees for 8 months.

Colour: Intense gold with subtle glints of green
Aroma: On the nose, it offers a wide spectrum of scents, reminiscent of acacia flower, peach, dried pears, citrus, dried apricots. Notes of wood, vanilla and silica round the incredibly complex aroma of this wine.
Taste: Mouth-filling, sweet, smooth and nicely ripe. The palate is greeted with delightful fruity notes that intertwine perfectly with the sophisticated wood undertones, the minerality and the nice spicy buttery finish.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: Pairs well with seafood, poultry, vegetable risotto, white meat and pasta.
